Despite the narrative, small landlords ARE NOT leaving the market "in their droves".
Institutions (who pay little to no tax) have increased a lot. Thanks to a tax exemption brought in by Fine Gael & Labour in 2013. Isn't it time that they pay the same taxes as the rest of us?
