Boone RTC practices start this Monday (April 7th) at 5:15pm at Varsity Gym. Must meet the following criteria to participate and have a current USA wrestling membership. Parents of minors must come to first practice to sign waivers.

Boone RTC will host Freestyle practices every Monday at 5 p.m. All athletes within a 250-mile radius, who have an active USA Wrestling membership and have one or more of the criteria listed, are welcome to attend. Practice will be in the App State wrestling room in Varsity Gym.
