We provided evidence to @paypaluk that customer did receive the bike with an email from USPS. Paypal asks us to file for a fraud and that they cannot reclaim the money. Is @PayPal being fair to the seller in this case? Now @PayPal is closing our account permanently. Can we sue?

Customer buys a bike pays through @paypal. After sending customer tracking number, he files a case. We replied with the tracking number. Paypal decides in favour of customer and refunds customers money. customer got the bike and the refund. @PayPalUK #thisisascam
