So happy i took my time to find and go to the ONE theater that shows I love boosters in Montreal. This movie is the type of film that will wake up your soul and feed your mind. This reminded me why i want to be a director, why i love to write. A truly creative project.

Just left I Love Boosters.
I honestly forgot how out their Boots gets with his films. Funny, absurd, and unpredictable. Everyone was on their 10s in this movie.
Keke really shines. This movie was made for her big personality.
Cinematography is like a surrealist’s dream. The shots and vibrant colors were often beautiful to look at.
I would say there could’ve been better pacing at parts, but wasn’t too sluggish or rushed for the most part.

(I highly recommend seeing Sorry to Bother You if you haven’t seen a Boots Riley film before.)

It's really fun! Incredibly silly!
I think it's at its best when it's just insane and doesn't care how you feel about it. If you like Demi saying "bitches," Keke doing anything, and the sound of tubas and screaming, it's really the film for you.
