My Twitch account was compromised this week and my payout information was changed without my knowledge, causing my payout to be sent to another bank account despite 2FA being enabled on my account. I immediately secured the account, reset passwords, updated 2FA, and contacted Twitch Support as soon as I discovered what happened. My current payout is still missing and unresolved. This payout is extremely important for my household. I’m a full time creator and single mom, and this is mortgage, bills, groceries, and taking care of my boys. I’m trying very hard to “Be Kinder Than I Feel” through all of this, but I’m honestly stressed and overwhelmed. I’m simply asking for visibility and urgency in hopes of getting this resolved. I don't want to be another ticket. I have one of the most supportive communities on Twitch and they paid to support ME not whoever stole my payout. @TwitchSupport @Twitch @djclancy999
