At approximately 8pm companies had heavy fire on the rear porches on floors 1,2 and 3 a second alarm was ordered.

A Tech Rescue Response at 1179 River st. Hyde Park . Companies were able to safely remove 3 people that were stuck in an elevator between floors . No injuries to report .

Tech Rescue Companies we’re able to safely extricate a person who was under the Red Line train at the Park Station @MBTA . The person was transported by @BOSTON_EMS with non life threatening injuries.

Companies responded to a level 2 Hazmat on Thane St. Dor. An oil tank leaked approximately 200 gallons.The building has been evacuated, no injuries to report. BFD-Hazmat Technicians will remain on site to monitor the air quality and supervise the cleanup.

The current temperature is 10 degrees. Companies are now trying to make up frozen hand lines & ground ladders in frozen bunker gear. Commissioner Burke is on scene at 314 Warren St. & working with BPD to make notifications.
