Introduced, but surviving, were Corncockle, Corn Chamomile and Corn Marigold, all plentiful due to seeding of the verges of a new road in 2025 near Roche, Cornwall. #wildflowerhour

An interesting plant was this Ruddy Clover growing on a pavement near Falmouth yesterday. See ALT. #wildflowerhour Trifolium rubens
Initially recorded on 30/05/26 by B. Greenway, but I attach some notes on status. No gardens, amenity plantings or dumped material nearby, large bushy plant with several flowering stems self seeded into crack between pavement and roadside wall. Clearly naturalised. Appears to be 2 plants, but probably joined together underground as they are quite close together.
