From 1 September it is the season for summer picnics.
Picnics are prepared for two people and includes a selection of locally sourced cheeses, cured charcuterie, fresh bread homemade salads, preserves and macarons for dessert.

This crowd-pleasing dish is fabulous served over rice, but becomes a self-assemble party when served in tortillas/tacos with the addition of all the trimmings. It is flavourful, informal and oh-so-festive!
