Small note: we were super specific 10K is a "VP Marketing" not CMO. It's possible an AI Agent in >some< ways could be a 'better' CMO in that Claude is pretty good at strategy IMHO. But we called 10K a VP because its goal is to take all our data and connect it to actions. Maybe it's a Director of Marketing. Whatever you see it as, 10K is the first team mate both Amelia and I talk to each day. (Now we just need a human that can take over a lot of that)

.@jasonlk just published one of the wildest job postings I've ever seen. It's for a marketing position at @saastr that reports to an AI CMO. Watch @BTrautschold and I discuss here. 👉 youtu.be/RtvLdqH1-lo?si=20qf…

This is 1000x worse than George Floyd. No marches. No mainstream outrage. No cities burning to the ground.
🚨BREAKING: Henry Nowak's father speaks out on the murder of his son: "He told officers he could not breathe NINE TIMES, he said he had been stabbed FOUR TIMES, but the officer replied saying' 'I don't think you have, mate.'" What a brave man.

Why does Hollywood have it out for the sales profession? Wolf of Wall Street. Glengarry Glen Ross. Boiler Room. All portray sales in a morally dubious light. Have never seen this trend with any other profession. @BTrautschold and I discuss in our new podcast episode, brought to you by @AmbitionSales. open.spotify.com/episode/3Mn…

X accounts are very valuable: a digital identity, voice, address. never forget there was an era when @vijaya (and by abdication, @jack) would ban anyone that didn't conform to a specific world view. whatever you think of @elonmusk, thank god for his sacrifice
my X account has opened job opportunities, speaking opportunities, lifelong best friends, professional relationships the value of having an X account is infinite

If your marriage is like this, your perfection will rival the holiest of monks. “Never speak to your wife in a mundane way but with compliments, with respect and with much love. Tell her that you love her more than your own life, because this present life is nothing, and that your only hope is that the two of you pass through this life in such a way that in the world to come, you will be united in perfect love. Say to her, ‘Our time here is brief and fleeting, but if we are pleasing to God, we can exchange this life for the Kingdom to come. Then we will be perfectly one both with Christ and with each other, and our pleasure will know no bounds. I value your love above all things, and nothing would be so bitter or painful to me as our being at odds with each other. Even if I lose everything, any affliction is tolerable if you will be true to me.’ Show her that you value her company, and prefer being at home to being out at the marketplace. Esteem her in the presence of your friends and children. Praise and show admiration for her good acts; and if she ever does anything foolish, advise her patiently. Pray together at home and go to Church; when you come back home, let each ask the other the meaning of the readings and the prayers. If your marriage is like this, your perfection will rival the holiest of monks.” St John Chrysostom

"And the erasure is failing. That is the other half of the diagnosis, the half that the people pulling down monuments cannot confront. While they scrub Lee from the public square, every eighteen-year-old in Ohio is applying to an SEC school. Country music has swallowed pop whole. Kids from Connecticut are sporting mullets and dipping Copenhagen and learning to two-step, and their parents, who spent twenty years teaching them that the South was a cautionary tale, cannot figure out where they went wrong. Morgan Wallen sells out stadiums in cities that voted ninety percent blue. The fastest-growing counties in America sit below the Mason-Dixon line. The migration patterns run one direction: south."

Anthropic accidentally leaked their entire source code yesterday. What happened next is one of the most insane stories in tech history. > Anthropic pushed a software update for Claude Code at 4AM. > A debugging file was accidentally bundled inside it. > That file contained 512,000 lines of their proprietary source code. > A researcher named Chaofan Shou spotted it within minutes and posted the download link on X. > 21 million people have seen the thread. > The entire codebase was downloaded, copied and mirrored across GitHub before Anthropic's team had even woken up. > Anthropic pulled the package and started firing DMCA takedowns at every repo hosting it. > That's when a Korean developer named Sigrid Jin woke up at 4AM to his phone blowing up. > He is the most active Claude Code user in the world with the Wall Street Journal reporting he personally used 25 billion tokens last year. > His girlfriend was worried he'd get sued just for having the code on his machine. > So he did what any engineer would do. > He rewrote the entire thing in Python from scratch before sunrise. > Called it claw-code and Pushed it to GitHub. > A Python rewrite is a new creative work. DMCA can't touch it. > The repo hit 30,000 stars faster than any repository in GitHub history. > He wasn't satisfied. He started rewriting it again in Rust. > It now has 49,000 stars and 56,000 forks. > Someone mirrored the original to a decentralised platform with one message, "will never be taken down." > The code is now permanent. Anthropic cannot get it back. Anthropic built a system called Undercover Mode specifically to stop Claude from leaking internal secrets. Then they leaked their own source code themselves. You cannot make this up.
