Lost all track of day/time with this lockdown and so was back on the grind this morning and didnβt realise it was my usual day off until mrs just asked why I was training on a Sunday π³π 4 mile run, 3 shadow with weights and 3 shadow without followed by 6 rounds on bags β

Really missing coaching in my gym & work I do on the road teaching kids to box through @BoxClever2 ,so decided to set the mobile ring up in our back garden and today I became my kids PE teacher π I think I enjoyed it more than them just gutted its the last day of school ππ€£

Update
There will be no sessions held in the Gym either today 16th or Tuesday 17th while the gym undergoes a 2 day deep cleanse, all sessions should resume as normal from Wednesday the 18th unless we are told otherwise. @SaferSolihull @LoveSolihull @SolihullCouncil
