Made money selling equipment they crafted in the game.
Used that money to buy paid packs.
Now top 10 in the "free league" with a cash prize at the end of the season and will be able to be promoted to the paid leagues.

I've been F2P the entire time and still built a solid crew, climbed into the Top 10, and have a cash prize waiting at season's end.
The only packs I've opened came from selling items earned in-game π

Life is funny sometimes.
I remember always being wow'd with the incredible building of FFF and loving using all of their utilities.
Who would know, just a few years later, I'd be building out similar tools myself (in-game swap feature swapping real NFTs async), for a game that I built all by myself, that has hundreds of daily active users already 1 week in to launch.
I've come a long way. But one thing is for sure:
I love building.
