While most people may encounter only a few traumatic events in their lifetime, first responders face hundreds hundreds of traumatic incidents throughout their careers. The impacts aren't always visible, which is why support matters.
These are just some of the ways we strive to support our members and foster a strong, connected workplace culture.
This month, we recognize the challenges PTSD can bring and stand with all first responders and trauma-exposed professionals.
