Last Friday and Saturday, the Wrestling team had their 2nd tournament of the year at Peter Lougheed School. Our senior girls’ and novice girls’ placed 3rd as teams and our novice boys placed 2nd. An important note about this tournament was that it was the AB Winter Games Trials.

We had approximately 50% of our senior athletes place high enough to put their names on the list to be potentially called up to train with or be a part of the Calgary area team. Congratulations! Our next tournament is Jan. 19thand 20th at Tom Baines School. #WeareCBe

13 of our Student Leadership Team members were able to take part in the Horizons Leadership Conference on Thursday Oct. 26th at Centennial High School last week. Students got to hear from guest speakers Alvin Law and four time Guinness world record holder, Scott Hamell. #WeareCBE

The Girls and Boys Soccer Teams finished their respective seasons and showed incredible Branton spirit, teamwork, commitment and resilience! The girls were undefeated in league play and the boys had a strong finish. Both made it to the finals in their division.
