Tough but educational spring allowing this ankle fracture to heal. Ankle is almost 100% healthy, just waiting for the doc to give me the GO. Stayed on the weights and my rehab hard, studied nonstop learning this defense, made sure to stay at the field and in meetings supporting my boys.
