We are in Unified Command with @BreaFire and @BreaPD. The fire is estimated at 40 acres.
@BreaPD has issued additional evacuation warnings for El Rodeo Stables and Brea Hills, in addition to the current evacuation warnings in place for Olinda Village and Hollydale.

Carbon Canyon Road is closed between Brea Hills and Ruby due to a fire.
Fire fighting aircraft is inbound.

Brea Fire responded to a 2 alarm commercial structure fire at 333 N. Cliffwood Park at approximately 2:45am. Due to the quick work of Brea Fire and our partners from the surrounding area, fire is extinguished and cause is under investigation.

The Tonner fire has been contained at approximately 6 acres with no structures threatened. Thank you to our first responders and thank you for your patience.
Our technical rescue firefighters wrapped up large animal rescue training at @TheSheaCenter in @CityOfSJC. This year’s training was extra special, as Deuce, a horse OCFA firefighters recently rescued at night utilizing our helicopter, reunited with the crews who saved him!

This afternoon Brea Fire responded to a residential structure fire in the 200 block of Cattail Cir. The fire was contained to the garage and there were no injuries. We were assisted by @lacountyfd and @ocfireauthority. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

For the last month, Brea Fire Department in coordination with the @boysgirlsclubbpyl has been collecting toys for the “Fired Up For Giving” toy drive. Friday and Saturday we had the honor to distribute toys to hundreds of children and put smiles on the faces of those in need.
