Hochul is handing out lousy, one-time checks up to $200 and calling it a ratepayer protection plan. Except she hiked utility bills over $4 Billion.
Utility bills keep going up every single month, winter heating costs soared, summer air conditioning is super expensive, and it never stops…Hochul even admitted it herself.
A one-time check does not protect anyone.
It is an election-year distraction.
