What an honor to join with community leaders from across New Hampshire and share their stories on-stage! I arrived a day early to film interviews with some of the attendees at the conference. I edited the footage overnight, using their stories to shape the presentation. We were co-creating the closing keynote right in the moment! I call this “Instant Storytelling”… and it has taken my speeches to a whole new level. Thanks to Primex3 for inviting me and to all the real-life superheroes in the room. I’m inspired by your passion & heart! If you are looking for a customized, uplifting keynote for your upcoming event, let’s connect.

It's easy to forget the power of a simple story. We marvel at ingenious strategies, but what about the narratives that shape the very fabric of our organizations and communities? Just as a master architect crafts the blueprints of a building, a wise leader understands the profound impact of narratives in forging connections, fostering resilience, and inspiring collective action. These stories breathe life into mission statements, values, and shared goals, igniting the hearts and minds of everyone on the team. By weaving narratives of purpose, vision, and empathy, leaders have the unparalleled opportunity to unlock creativity, loyalty, and profound human connection. Let’s embrace the power of storytelling as a strategic tool for hopeful transformation. Let’s craft narratives that evoke meaning, ignite passion, and build bridges between individual aspirations and organizational success. In a world driven by metrics and targets, don’t forget that behind every number, there lies a story waiting to be told, waiting to unite us all in a shared journey of growth and purpose. It's time to harness the magic of storytelling and become architects of positive change, one compelling narrative at a time.

Stories are magical. They create space for possibility and hope within us. Stories open our minds and hearts to the adventures we could go on and the heroes we can become. There is so much good in all of us that is still unexpressed and unseen. In every speech, I invite audiences on a bold journey to remember the light that flows through them and to shine in the world. Inspiring leaders invite others into extraordinary missions through compassionate presence. This was the heart of my closing keynote for the attendees at #KB4CON 2026. Thanks to the team at @KnowBe4 for inviting me to join with thousands of cybersecurity professionals who protect our digital (and mental) health at a time where online threats are becoming more complicated and challenging to identify. You are heroes!

Our son Logan graduated from law school last night! It was an incredible 3 years for him at Stetson Law. So proud of his growth as a leader and achiever. He crossed the stage wearing an iconic Stetson hat, celebrating the name of the school and his own legendary personality. 😁 Now he’s diving into prep for the bar exam in late July. We are cheering him on!

this quote from Carl Jung hits so hard. “People will do anything, no matter how absurd, to avoid facing their own souls.”

There’s something beautiful about standing in a room full of people and watching the walls begin to come down. Not because of hype.
Not because of performance.
But because something true is being remembered. Every audience I speak to is filled with human beings carrying invisible stories of pressure, uncertainty, exhaustion, hope, longing, courage. And beneath all of it is the deep desire to feel connected again… to themselves, to each other, and to what’s possible. That’s why I do this work. Not simply to deliver a keynote, but to create moments where people feel seen. Moments where teams remember their humanity. Moments where possibility becomes more real than fear. I believe every story has the power to return us to compassion, courage, and vision. And when those things awaken in a room together, culture changes, relationships change, people change. Grateful for every opportunity I get to step onto a stage and serve people in this way.

My son Judah gave me this note many years ago. Maybe you need to read it today.

Before every keynote, I pray: “Father, I don’t know what the souls in this room need. So YOU do the talking.” And I’ve never felt alone on-stage. Not once. I know who walks with me and works through me. When we surrender, love lights the way.
