I love creating long lasting relationships with my players. Getting into coaching 21 years ago that is what drew me in along with being able to impact them.
Today I was able to see my former player @ajaylewis who didn’t make it to the @MLB as a player but is a member of the coaching staff for the @Cubs. Knowing his journey and what he had to do to get here he is not an overnight success, but a person who trusted the process and did things the right way!
