How come this place isn't better known, everyone asks after dining here.
Well, timing is everything & opening the doors just as we were going into the COVID-19 pandemic kept this Sligo gem under the radar for a while.

Have you ever been out for dinner, come home & all you can think about is the spoon of the creamiest, most unctuous mashed potato you left behind?

Like seriously, look at the size of that Yorkshire Pudding, the melt-in-the-mouth beef and all the trimmings
The plan for me was to have lunch and head over to Meath

You can't beat a proper Sunday Roast, and you can't beat a proper Chef who sends out a jug of extra jus/gravy, whose Yorkshire Puddings are massive and who serves Roast Beef the way it should
