@British_Airways Great start to our holiday … 4 hour flight delay at Heathrow heading to Ljubljana, thunderstorms so plane diverted to Venice, and to top it off our luggage hasn’t arrived!! Now stood in massive queue waiting for taxi into Venice. No BA or ground staff in sight!
