The BPC condemns the Court of Appeal’s decision to overturn the ruling that found the government’s proscription of Palestine Action unlawful. The judgment criminalises Palestine solidarity & underscores the extent to which “national security” is being invoked to protect the interests of defence industries operating on British soil. Meanwhile, the Israeli state continues its genocide in Gaza, its violent occupation of the West Bank & Jerusalem & expands its violence in the broader region.
