"People often think that psychoanalysis and its NHS-friendly grandchild, psychodynamic psychotherapy, are all about looking inwards. And it’s true – good therapy should give us the time and space, the frame and the containment, to look inside and listen to ourselves.
But it doesn’t end there."
Brilliant new article from Moya Sarner for The Guardian on the ways in which psychotherapy can help us build a better world. Thank you for mentioning our new website feature that allows therapists include whether they're open to low fee work.
