My workout partner Wolf and I. We used to hype each other up, we bust each other's chops. Recently we outdid ourselves on quad extensions. I waddled away like a baby with an overfull diaper and Wolf's legs actually collapsed under him and he sprawled on the floor. Good times.

Today's workout with workout partner, friend and acting student Wolf Taitano. Growing up he was skinny, I was fat and we both had abusive fathers. He is a model dad to his three year old son and I won't dispense or accept abuse so I think we skated past that one.
