Quiet day today! Clinician coming this afternoon to monitor my oxygen levels and blood pressure. So far, my bp has been normal. Before the mitro valve repair, it was always elevated! One day at a time..

Having a quiet day today..a little tired but I am practicing my exercises as physical therapist comes tomorrow to work with me.Appt with Surgeon Thursday for x-rays to see how I'm coming along! One day at a time..

Getting stronger everyday...walked with the therapist twice today and had almost 400 steps. Home health aide will show me how to dress and take care of my chest. I got this now!!!
