Cracking brew day.
Thought I’d have a go at one of my favourite styles, the Irish extra stout. Should have something around 6.5% in a few weeks time.
Thanks to @Geterbrewed’s super speedy malt delivery and Malt Miller’s brilliant brew kettle. Super easy brew day.

After nearly three years out of action, I finally got round to brewing again! I should have a 6% Harlequin English IPA ready in the next few weeks.
The new 12L Malt Miller kettle was excellent too. 100% recommend if you’re new/returning to brewing.

Newton-le-Willows Beer Festival has been subject to terrible vandalism, with all 60 beers poured away. It’s a fantastic event that raises substantial funds for the Rotary Club, who do incredible work in the local community.

Fantastic trip back home to @threehillsbrew in Thrapston.
Hard to believe that I used to work here 15 years ago in a DVD rental shop - now it’s a thriving high street with an incredible brewery on its doorstep.

I’m pretty sure being a Leicester fan has knocked a good 20 years off my life. Did it the hard way in recent weeks, but a great way to seal the title.
Is it going to get any better next season? Highly unlikely.
