Today N5 Modern Studies pupils were consolidating their learning of the Democracy in Scotland topic. Great discussions and even better visual representations of what they know. Thanks to .@MissGFreeland for the idea ✨

Yesterday our S3s took part in a model United Nations🇺🇳 The aim was to resolve conflict in Afghanistan. The pupils made speeches to present their arguments. They all did a brilliant job representing their allocated countries🤩 @MissSBegg @MrHigginsMods

This morning Higher Modern Studies pupils did a Democracy and Halloween quiz to get them started and got very competitive. The highest scorer won a Halloween good bag 🎃👻

We received our copies of these today from .@FirstTimeInside, thanks to .@Beathhigh. We can’t wait to use these with N5 and Advanced Higher pupils ✨

AH: We were looking at populism and punishment last week. This is a good example of being ‘tough’ on crime👮‍♀️
