The EPA AND Evers DNR acknowledged that emissions are from outside Wisconsin.
97% of vehicles already pass inspection. Of the few that fail, some are entirely unrelated to emissions.
Instead of embracing reforms to ineffective policies, radicals like Bryce are willing to saddle families with further costs and implement Biden's disastrous Green New Deal.
Wisconsin families are paying the price for pollution from Chicago. It needs to STOP.

Milwaukee's air quality grade: F. 26th worst ozone in the nation. Unhealthy days nearly doubled.
Bryan Steil's answer? Change the paperwork. Call it fairness. Cash the check from his corporate donors.
I've worked SE Wisconsin job sites for years. Bad air isn't a label, it's something you can feel in your lungs.
Steil will say it's Chicago's fault. He's partly right. But his bill doesn't make Chicago clean up, it just lets Wisconsin polluters off the hook. That's not accountability. That's a pass.
The fix: Fund the DNR. Regulate polluters. Decarbonize our energy and create 40,000 Wisconsin jobs doing it.
He works for corporations. I will work for you.
