Here it is. My top 25 of all time. Based on not just how much I loved them when they came out but also with how well they have aged. I’m sure if I did it tomorrow it would have some variations. What am I missing?

Can you imagine any other world leader outright saying the country he leads is not his home? But will the @CBC or @CTVNews say anything negative about this? Of course not. But just imagine if Pierre ever said something similar? It would wall to wall coverage for them.

As much as I hate to say it, Pierre P can’t win an election here. I know quite a few who said they would have voted Conservative but they just don’t like him personally. If the Conservatives really want a chance at the next election, like him or not, I think he needs to be replaced. Personally, I don’t mind the guy, I just think too many don’t and he could personally cost them the election. I think the Conservatives really need to think about that. Sure, they kept him on as leader by a large percentage of support, but that is far different than winning a general election. If the Libs win again, I just don’t think Canada has any hope of turning the ship around. We are so close to falling off the edge already. Pierre can’t be selfish at this point.

I admit that I am pretty stoked for Paul Laine’s solo album to come out. I’m a fan of pretty much everything he has done musically.

What are some bands you think you have given a fair amount of listening time to but just can’t get into for one reason or another?

Besides Extreme and Mr.Big, who were the most overrated bands of the hair metal era?

Should Skid Row have one last go around with Sebastian Bach? Personally, I say no. I have zero desire to see anything to do with Bach any longer. I was luckily enough to see them with GnR in Tacoma WA, back in the day. Favorite concert ever. But zero desire to see the Skids with Bach now. Love the Skids and hope they find a great singer. Just not that guy.

I was super excited to get this newly remastered double CD of Powertool. My thoughts after giving it a good couple of listens. They definitely picked the right songs for the albums. The demos included are ok. I guess being such a huge Sleeze Beez fan I was probably expecting (hoping) for more hidden gems than there are on it. That said, still cool to have. Still a huge SB’s fan. Screwed and Powertool are two of my fave albums of the genre. And wtf has this never been released on vinyl??

Have to be honest, @TCIofficial are one of the best bands to come out in years. Their albums are solid, the hooks do what they are suppose to do. Their new album is another banger from start to finish. All Hail Hypocrisy and all hail the Cruel Intentions.

Honestly one of the most underrated albums I have heard in a long time.
