I just heard this Romero story! If it’s true, then that sums up everything this club represents — an absolute shambles and a disgrace! No wonder they are in this league position. He is a club captain first and foremost, and then the club has one of the most important games in the last 40 years to ensure they stay up and maintain their Premier League status! He shows no respect to the club, the players, or most importantly, the FANS ! First, why has he chosen to do this? And why has the senior management allowed him to go, Again, a complete failure at managing situations that are crucial for the club by the senior management, CEO, SD, And then they expect our fans to support them on Sunday before the game when the bus arrives before the game but the captain clearly doesn’t give a SH… It’s a disgrace by both the player and, more importantly, the senior management. They can all leave immediately! From a moral standpoint and in terms of respect to FANS AND PLAYERS it’s an absolute disgrace. @SpursOfficial

Remember when it appeared that the whole Premier League wanted Leicester City to win the League. Now it appears everyone wants Spurs to get relegated. We don’t want any help. Whatever happens we will always be Spurs fans and I wouldn’t want to support any other Club. We are SPURS

Find a win? Are we joking? Mate, the player's responsibility from now on! No ifs or buts anymore. If they don't win, they don't deserve to play in the Premier League, simple as that. The board and the two muppets who managed the club as an incompetent experiment can go too. @SpursOfficial
"The momentum is going down, you have to try and find a win from somewhere" 😬 Michael Dawson reflects on his 'concern' for Spurs and insists that Roberto De Zerbi has to turn things around quickly to avoid a gap developing in the relegation zone ⚪️

OUR OWNERS MUST READ THE ROOM A do and don’t list shouldn’t even be listed to them, they are supposed to be professionals. But here we are DON’T • Hire Arsenals former CEO as Spurs CEO • Hire someone who failed as Sporting director of Aston Villa as the Spurs Sporting director • Hire managers with no proven track record in the Premier League while we are in a relegation dog fight • Hire or even attempt to hire managers who’s name are Adolf Hitter • Don’t let generational players or hot prospects for the future leave the club • Don’t let the best stadium in the world get to the point where it’s soulless • Don’t let away teams have the best changing room facilities in the world DO’S • Hire a CEO who is not only competent but loves the club he works for • Hire a sporting director who’s highly regarded for bringing in the best players • Increase the wage structure and transfer fees for players simultaneously • All you can by working with fan groups to make the stadium as intimidating as it can be • Communicate to fullest extent with the fans both in good and bad times • The best in your ability to bring in a manager who fits the DNA of the club • Read and learn the clubs motto until you put it into action SIMPLE AS THIS 👆🏻“LEWIS FAMILY”

Today the Spurs fans made me really proud and they should be very proud too, who really showed passion and loyalty to the Club! These owners and the board dont deserve such loyalty and support from such brilliant Spurs fans! The players have to look in the mirror very seriously and ask themselves if they deserve to wear that Spurs shirt! It's crazy to believe we are in such a situation. Shambolic @SpursOfficial
The best fans in the world 🔥

Igor Tudor is the worse appointment in Spurs history, I told you he’s a fraud, Lange, Vinai, Tudor should all be sacked immediately

Chris Waddle on the state of Tottenham: "Tottenham Hotspur has become a business. They have a new stadium, one of the best in the world and it is now a business. The football has become second to that. "You need someone who has a football mindset and wants to make Tottenham Hotspur a great club. They have the money to make this club massive. "Until the business takes a back seat, people will always be chirping." [BBC]

These two will be the reason we go down. The reason so many loyal supporters will be battered and wasted money, time on supporting this club. This club does not deserve to be in the championship. But these men have done it. HOW CAN YOU ONLY SIGN 2 PLAYERS IN JANUARY? 😡😡

FT Spurs 1 v 3 Palace I can’t believe what I’ve watched tonight. We are an utter shambles for Micky as captain to make that foul is a disgrace. You’ve cost us the game, having weathered the storm got a VAR decision in our favour and gone 1 up, to throw it away like that so cheaply how is that leadership. Vicario is nothing but a Sunday league keeper and needs to go along with, I’m afraid, this manager who is massively out of his depth both with the team selection and subs. He had no answers. It’s beyond toxic at the stadium. Fans booing, fans leaving before HT , players looking beaten and lost. This is the biggest crisis since 1976, and I can’t see a way out now. Don’t be fooled by the second half Palace just sat off us and played on the counter. Unlike many I stayed to the end listening to the Palace fans mocking us relentlessly Spurs the only club that doesn’t even get a new manager bounce. 7/4 to go down 🤦🏻‍♂️🥲 We fight on #COYS 🤍💙

For anyone wishing to criticise Spurs fans for the hundreds of empty seats expected tomorrow night. It is a Category A game with adult seats costing from £71 to £109. My ticket in the South Stand is priced at £84. For Newcastle on a Tuesday night. Respect to every fan who attends

9. But most of all win what is a very important game for all of us Spurs fans. One of my old Spurs hooligan friends always used to say ‘if you are going to die, then don’t die on your knees - die on your feet fighting.’ So please win tomorrow night and COME ON YOU SPURS!
8. Some of you will never play for a better Club. You are following in the footsteps of Steve Perryman, Glenn Hoddle and Harry Kane etc. Be proud to play for our great Club and fight for every ball. The Spurs fans are not immune from financial struggles and tickets are expensive

7. So Thomas Frank and every Spurs player I want you to realise and appreciate something. The players who wear our Spurs shirt tomorrow night and every game should be honoured to playing for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the Spurs fans in the Stadium and around the world.

6. 2 Premier League wins in the last 16 games is disgraceful. Our manager and players should be ashamed of that statistic. We are 15th out of 20 teams in the Premier League with a zero goal difference after 25 games. We can’t even score more goals than we concede. Do they care?

5. Somebody once told me the modern players don’t care. They care about the car, the house, the jewellery, the girls and money. The only people who care about the results are the fans. When Spurs lose us fans are really unhappy - but are all of our players. Do they really care?

4. or the captain (obviously already sent off) they just didn’t seem to care enough. Looking at our squad we have loan players, players who want to leave and some who have uncertain futures. I don’t see any player that I class as ‘Spurs.’ Possibly it is modern football attitudes

3. None of our players stopped it by giving away a normal foul. They did nothing. 3 of us were really angry and annoyed at our players. I have no idea what happens in the Spurs dressing room or the individual characters. But whether is a lack of leadership from the manager …..

2. The United fans were cheering and going Olé, Olé, Olé. United and their fans were in football language, taking the piss. I don’t blame their players or fans. Given the opportunity we would have done the same. What was really annoying is that not one of our players did anything
