Miles is destroying our district. The BOM allowed him to spend $870MM without approval or repercussions. They are also allowing him to run schools in a way that parents obviously loathe.

The BOM holds the purse strings. It is time they tell him NO. NO more NES, allow successful schools to exit NES, NO more cuts to PUA schools, and his performance review must reflect his poor management (aka NO bonus)!

Central division supt Luz Martinez has left a path of destruction. Just like Laura Stout in the West, she “led” through chaos to catastrophic results. @HISDSupe waited too long to realize the level of damage she did. HISD Central is in shambles and needs to rebuild.
