This is a scandal WAY bigger than Watergate. @CNN, @MSNOWNews, @NBCNews, @ABC, @PBS — it's past time to cover this. People died from the COVID shot because the government lied to them, yet the legacy media refuses to report on this story.

Albertans should approach the Oct 19 referendum fairly, calmly, and with clear eyes. This is not about anger or division. It is about whether Alberta can keep accepting a federal system that too often treats our province as a source of revenue rather than an equal partner. For decades, Ottawa has held Alberta back through policies that discourage investment, obstruct responsible resource development, and harm the prosperity that supports jobs, families, and public services. Albertans have tried elections, negotiations, court challenges, and constitutional arguments, yet the unfairness continues. That is why I believe Albertans should vote for Option 2 on Oct. 19. It is a democratic way to say the status quo is no longer acceptable. If Ottawa will not treat Alberta fairly, Albertans must be prepared to stand up for our economy, our future, and our right to decide what comes next.

My work has never been to remove vaccines from the planet. My work is the right to choose. If we are free citizens, if I control my own body, then I must be able to control what gets injected into it. And if those are my children, then I should be able to decide whether they get vaccinated. If the government can override that decision, then my children are property of the state. That is not a free country. And another thing - we worry about gain-of-function research, about scientists making a pathogen more contagious so it can spread to more people. That's the fear. But what's the functional difference between a disease that spreads on its own to a million people and a government program that injects all seven billion of us with it? The contagion question becomes irrelevant the moment you have a mandate and a needle. That is what makes mRNA technology so consequential in the wrong hands. It doesn't introduce a foreign protein. It turns your body into a factory that produces it. And if the wrong person is sitting at the top of HHS when the next declared emergency arrives, the infrastructure to do exactly that is already in place. @LibertiMedia @MarcelloFoa

Alberta does not need another federalist admission that Ottawa has treated us unfairly. We need a viable path to restore power, autonomy, and fairness.

More than two weeks after "Lead Not Leave" launched, Albertans are still waiting for their plan to fix Canada. Respectfully, “lead, not leave” is a slogan—not a mechanism. Alberta has already tried leading Canada for decades. We helped elect Mulroney, built Preston Manning’s Reform movement, sent Stephen Harper and Jason Kenney to Ottawa, and continue to support national conservative leaders. But establishment conservatism has not delivered structural constitutional change for Alberta. The historical record matters. Meech failed. Charlottetown failed. In 2021, over 62% of Albertans voted for equalization reform, only to be ignored by Ottawa and the premiers. If "Lead Not Leave" has a credible path to a fair deal, Albertans deserve to see it. Until then, an independence referendum remains the only practical way to force a real negotiation over Alberta’s future including Alberta's right to become an independent country.
I welcome Lead-Not-Leave to this important debate. Albertans deserve a serious explanation of why our children and grandchildren will be better off under Ottawa’s control than in a free and prosperous independent Alberta. Federalists must now show how Canada can be made fair to Alberta when Mulroney, Harper, Manning and Kenney could not achieve it. And we should be honest: Alberta cannot “lead” a Confederation in which Ottawa holds the power and repeatedly uses it against us. How will Ottawa be made to stop treating Alberta as its colony and ATM? Until there is a credible federalist plan, independence remains a serious and necessary option. Albertans deserve answers.

For decades, Alberta has tried reform within Canada: the Firewall Letter, the Fair Deal Panel, the equalization referendum, and more. So when people say “Lead, not leave,” it’s fair to ask whether we’ve already been trying that for generations. #Alberta

Federalists are willing to admit Alberta has been treated unfairly by Ottawa. But when pressed for solutions, they offer process, patience, and platitudes—not structural change, no solutions. Albertans have heard enough acknowledgments. What’s missing from federalists is a real path forward.

I’ll be heading to Calgary next week to cover the certification motion hearing in the proposed class action lawsuit filed by vaccine-injured Carrie Sakamoto against the AG of Canada and His Majesty the King in Right of Alberta, alleging negligent misrepresentation, misfeasance in public office, breach of fiduciary duty, the tort of conspiracy, and negligence. Sakamoto suffered her injuries after her second COVID-19 shot in June 2021. Since then, she has been a vocal advocate for other injured Canadians, spoken out about her experience with the scandalous former VISP Program, and continued to highlight others’ stories. I spoke with Carrie today about her case and the upcoming hearing. Report coming soon! @Carrie298924321 @echipiuk @RebelNewsOnline @RebelNews_CA
🚨MEDIA RELEASE🚨 Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Federal and Provincial Government for Misinformation and Negligence about risk and dangers of Covid-19 Vaccines A class action lawsuit has been filed by Rath & Company on behalf of Albertans harmed by the Covid-19 vaccines (the “Covid Vaccines”). This legal action is centered around allegations of unlawful, negligent, inadequate, improper, unfair, and deceptive practices by the Defendants in relation to the warning, marketing, promotion, and distribution of the Covid Vaccines. Carrie Sakamoto who filed the claim individually last year, is listed as class representative for the proposed class action lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed in the Court of King’s Bench in Lethbridge, Alberta, against the Government of Canada and Province of Alberta (the “Defendants”). The lawsuit claims that the Defendants were negligent, provided information they knew to be false and incomplete, and that they censored and suppressed truthful and reliable information about vaccine injuries thereby vitiating informed consent and causing harm to Ms. Sakamoto and many others in Alberta. The lawsuit goes on to allege misfeasance in public office and conspiracy to commit assault and battery on the public. Jeffrey Rath, lead counsel on the case, says: “I think Canadians will be shocked to learn about the rushed changes to safety standard for the Covid Vaccines which removed the requirement for the Covid Vaccines to be either “safe or effective” while, at the same time, the Defendants promoted, distributed, and marketed the Covid Vaccines as “safe and effective” to the public. And the Defendants didn’t stop there, they went further by coercion the public to take the Covid Vaccines by stripping rights from them or providing financial incentives for taking the Covid Vaccines. What does that do for informed consent? Does this amount to a conspiracy to commit assault and battery on the public? These are questions that we are asking the court to determine. And, I think, the public deserves some answers.” “The Government of Canada has already conceded, to the Public Accounts Committee, that the contracts with the manufacturers were rushed, did not contain the normal standards, and provided additional indemnities in favour of the manufacturers,” Eva. Chipiuk co-counsel on the case goes on to say. “The Defendants held themselves out as public health experts and gave medical advice to the public at large. They intentionally set out to build a relationship of trust between themselves and the public during the pandemic at a time when they knew the public was vulnerable and afraid. They knew or ought to have known that the public would be relying on their information for their health, safety and protection.” The class action represents all impacted individuals in Alberta. If you have been injured or otherwise adversely affected by the Covid Vaccines and with to join this class action lawsuit, please register by completing the online form at rathandcompany.com/vaccine-c…. Should the Court grant permission for this action to proceed as a “Class Action” (also known as “Certification”), you may qualify as a class member whether or not you have registered. Millions of Canadians relied on the representations of the Defendants at a time when they were particularly vulnerable. We now know that many Canadians suffered physical and psychological injuries due to the misinformation and negligence of the Defendants. This proposed class action lawsuit seeks justice for individuals who have suffered physical and psychological injuries or death due to the alleged negligence and misconduct by the Defendants in respect of the Covid Vaccines. It aims to hold the Defendants accountable and obtain compensation for those adversely affected.

The MOU was sold by some as a breakthrough for Alberta energy. But Cenovus CEO Jon McKenzie now says the proposed West Coast pipeline is “unfinanceable” under Canada’s current regulatory framework. That is the point. Ottawa’s impositions still make Alberta energy less competitive, harder to finance, and harder to get to market. Alberta does not need another political promise. We need freedom from the federal barriers holding our economy back. Alberta independence. reuters.com/business/energy/…

I'll take Mitch Sylvestre @StayFreeAlberta & @JeffreyRWRath over puppets of the Trudeau / Carney / New World Order. My current goal is to make people like Kenney, Carney, Trudeau etc. Completely irrelevant in my life. Alberta Independence would be a major step toward that goal.

You have no plan. You will be ignored. Just like Jason Kenney was in 2021 after the equalization referendum. A vote on independence cannot be ignored.
Alberta separatist routinely throw real Conservative accomplishments, not to mention @stephenharper’s government, into the dustbin of history. That’s wrong. Albertans have improved Alberta’s place in Canada before. We can do it again. open.substack.com/pub/thelin…
