Noa Essengue is the most raw draft pick AKME have ever taken (even over Pat). Your guess is as good as mine if this player will be a gem or bust at the NBA level. Noa has such a long ways to go in his development & the Bulls have historically done a poor job developing players.

Oklahoma City showed that tanking works if you want a championship. Just tank & draft well while making strategic asset building moves. OKC still owns 22 picks from other teams. Meanwhile Chicago Bulls follow their own plan which is how to make the playin & lose every season.

Chicago Bulls #1 option to replace GarPax in 2020 was Sam Presti. Bulls ownership could've made it happen but in the end didn't go all in offering enough to bring him in. Reinsdorf then went onto hiring AKME instead. Now Sam Presti about to potentially bring OKC a championship.

Oklahoma City about to show everyone that a few years of completely "Tanking" with strategic asset building moves can build you a championship roster. They still own 22 picks from other teams. Meanwhile the Chicago Bulls are stuck in basketball purgatory with 39-40 win seasons.
