The celebrity worship is out of control. This would be a completely nonsensical reason to hate on teachers which is why he didnt say it. You don’t get to denigrate an entire profession for something that literally has nothing to do with teachers.
Some context: Tracy left school to take care of his father and was four credits short of graduating, and it doesn't sound like his teachers/school did much to help him in his situation (led to a stand-up/acting career), so I can't get mad at this take.
