The man initially apprehended was not Charlie Kirk's shooter. He's seen getting into position by a bystander (first video) and then running across the roof (second video) as the camera pans right. The shot was tragically, precise from range. No novice shot.

3. The FBI Counterintelligence unit would hold the intelligence info specific to their task or assignment; DOJ National Security Division wld hold their own compartmented intel; again, "specific to their task and objectives."
So too would the DoD (Pentagon), State Dept., or CIA.

I hope someone will look into Lundin Oil and Carl Bildt and their involvement with the Clintons and Giustra. A 100 million donation. And then some VERY suspicious rights to mine. Same scheme as in "Clinton Cash". There's alot to find when scratching the surface.
