A rare work post, we were commissioned to make these wheels for a @JCBmachines Fastrac and I think you'll agree they look absolutely superb. Well done to the lads in the factory for a job well done. #Britishfarming

Because some of us do care I've spoken with the demolition team today and the floodlights at York St will come down next week, probably Tuesday or Wednesday. Football isn't just about selling corporate space.... @Groundtastic @paul_gtastic @JoshBUFC @andyrob62660587 @TomGraves

Kenny Dalglish was the finest British born player I've seen in my 57 years, I guess if I'd been 10 years older I'd have appreciated him even more. Not just a magnificent footballer but an outstanding man too. I wish him all the best going forwards.

I'd been interested to see the top 20 from this century, not some random take but a genuine points gained in The PL over the last 25 seasons. @bostonutdstats does your super computer have this kind of information?
Moving teams into 26/27 lge on the site, it got us thinking about which 20 teams we class as the top flight. Ours โฌ‡๏ธ Arsenal Villa Chelsea Coventry Palace Everton Leeds Liverpool Man City Man Utd Boro Newcastle Forest Norwich QPR Sheff Wed Sunderland Southampton Spurs West Ham

Of course @bostonunited had a whole stand full they could have sold on, but because the people that would snap them up aren't their "target audience " they didn't bother. facebook.com/share/p/18vfGEAโ€ฆ

Very little left of York St now, the roof and back of the Town End terrace came off this week and most of the barriers have been removed. If the weather stays fair I'd imagine all that will be left next week will be the floodlight towers. A Town's sporting heritage obliterated.

One of the best games I've seen in ages, two really good sides going full at it and the pendulum swung both ways. Huge gate, hope many come bacj next season and Spalding survive next season in NL North, one league below Boston Utd.

Once again the social media black hole that passes for @bostonunited fails to mention junior level games that some of us might like to attend at new grounds. We know you don't care for us legacy fans but the lack of publicity for the junior sides is embarrassing.

Grantham 2 up on the play off final and on the balance of play deservedly so. Pitch not helping the game,

That's you cancelled @MrJamesMay We can't have this sort of common sense straight speaking these days.
Iโ€™m sure we have all now seen the footage of Metropolitan rozzers kicking a suspected terrorist in the head, repeatedly, when he was down. We can all play a part in putting an end to this sort of police brutality. Mainly by not going around stabbing people.

Good turnout from @halesowentownfc at @SpaldingUnited for the play offs tonight. Must be close to 2000 here tonight

Just look at that and think if PH hadn't come in when he did we'd have been in the mix to return to this level. At this level you're only one bad managerial appointment away from regional football and trips to Hebburn and Spennymoor in midweek. Grim.
The confirmed* National League North teams are the following: Bedford Town Brackley Town Chorley Darlington Harborough Town Hebburn Town Hereford Kingโ€™s Lynn Town Marine Methyr Town Morecambe Oxford City Radcliffe Southport Spennymoor Town Telford United Worksop Town

No issue with this at all, I find modern programmes dull & self congratulatory. Last time I read a @bostonunited issue the only noteworthy article was by @bostonutdstats , the rest followed a boring template followed by other clubs. Teams Teamsheets & their raffle are the future
We can confirm that, following a comprehensive review, printed matchday programmes will no longer be produced from the start of the 2026/27 season. We recognise the tradition & sentiment printed programmes can hold for supporters. Full explanation ๐Ÿ‘‡ shrewsburytown.com/news/2026โ€ฆ

Sorry Pete, no pop at you or any other contributor, more at programmes in general. I've not bought one on a regular basis since we came out of The EFL in 07. I find them bulky, generally badly written and they offer no insight as so much is available online now.

This kind of thing boils my piss. I doubt PNE will have much above 500 at BDTBL on Saturday but so what? Fair play to those who've gone but in a cost of living crisis a dead rubber away game 130 miles away isn't top of most people's priorities.
This is Preston's away following for their game away at Birmingham tonight. Should they be taking more? ๐Ÿค” Won 3 in 20. Not going up, not going down.. ๐Ÿ“ธ: @Tommy_Kelsall

We need to draw them in a cup competition, they'd not know what the hell to think of Mick's Magic Bus when it rolls up at 11am and us lot pile out.
Iโ€™ve come to Dulwich Hamlet. English level 7. Never seen a crowd quite like this in UK. Groups of glamorous girls sipping pints, families, dogs. Packed terraces. Big community feel. Lovely day. I asked for a tea. โ€œWhat type of tea?โ€ โ€œA normal one,โ€ was my incorrect response.

Slowly but surely this magnificent old ground is being erased. I reckon another fortnight and they'll be very little left to see.

Good effort from the Boston Utd faithful tonight at Wealdstone, 148 of us for a dead rubber.......more than some took on similar trips in the EFL tonight

Last trip this season with the magnificent bastards on the world famous Sausage Rohl Tours. Its a dead rubber of a trip to West London to Wealdstone but as I frequently point out.... Its what we do. ##followbostonaway
