Sadly the company died following the ban of #absinthe & prohibition. A Boston-based cocktail historian found the company's hand-written recipe book & collectors found an original bottle. With the help of #ClaudeAlainBugnon, the distiller of @LaClandestine, Butterfly is now back!

明るい黄緑色のアブサンですね。アニスとニガヨモギのさわやかな風味。苦味は強いですがしっかりしたコク・旨味を感じます。水割りにするとすごいミルキー🥰
