Sadly the company died following the ban of #absinthe & prohibition. A Boston-based cocktail historian found the company's hand-written recipe book & collectors found an original bottle. With the help of #ClaudeAlainBugnon, the distiller of @LaClandestine, Butterfly is now back!
#ButterflyAbsinthe is now in the USA, Japan, and many other countries in Europe and Australasia. We recommend Butterfly #Absinthe served the classic way and in many cocktails, both old and new. We especially love the #BloodyFairy!

“It's a bright yellow-green absinthe. A refreshing flavor of anise and wormwood. The bitterness is strong, but you can feel the richness and umami. Amazing milky when mixed with water 🥰”
