@OctopusEnergy Hi. Followed the instructions so link the ohme charger with the intelligent octopus go tariff. Sent the request three days ago so that it’ll add the device in the octopus app, but not heard anything back. Ohme app shows the old tariff in it and sends me back to the

Octopus app if I try to change it. Lady on the phone said to connect the car not the charger, which is contrary to the instructions online for an Ohme charger.
