Former Pakistan goalkeeper Salman Akbar: "Given the opportunities he has had and his coaching achievements, Khawaja Junaid is nowhere close to the ability of Tahir Zaman. This appointment was just a quick fix because management needed someone in place. In my view, if he is allowed to continue โ with two legs of the Pro League still remaining โ results will never improve. Iโm not saying a new coach would guarantee success, but bringing back Tahir Zaman as head coach after resolving issues would be better. I believe that even after taking such big steps, if we keep making decisions like continuing with Junaid, we will only see a decline rather than growth."
