Yes, I agree. If we look holistically at children, it would make funders relook at the current siloeing of funding.

I don't understand the differentiation of funding sources based on age. Early intervention prog end at age 3, with often poor transitions into pk. Intensive work happens in pk from 3-5 & then back to square 1 for K. WSCC model should apply across the ages. Truncated services...
Shared in a webinar and something on my mind a lot. How do we help others understand the need for funding and focus on school-age children. I wonder if not focusing on them actually takes steps backwards on the strides of early intervention groups. Thoughts? @RobinCogan
