Reluctant to leave a note like this but also don't want to seem rude if I don't respond: I'll be off Twitter for the next few months... until I finish a draft of my book and/or get to the end of the audiobook of the first volume of Robert Caro's LBJ bio. Whichever comes first.

Extremely excited for this book, 'The View From Somewhere' by Lewis Raven Wallace. It's about the myth of journalistic objectivity, and it's so relevant to our current cultural conversation. Out in October -- more info: bit.ly/2MuZ9Jg

Rewatching 'Princess Bride' after all these years, I marvel at Robin Wright, Cary Elwes, and Mandy Patinkin putting in such great performances when they were only 12 years old (and Wallace Shawn all of 14).

In that case, let me say publicly that I love Elizabeth Warren & I think she can win. I love how smart and fearless she is, how she seems sincerely concerned about social justice, and how she has concrete plans for change. Also she seems very funny 😍😍😍
