Agree with all the below - good to be starting again there; and what a start! A very blessed occasion all round

Thinking of Archie Battersbee and his family. May he rest well and they know the comfort of a loving, compassionate God directly and through His children

A lovely Eucharist for St.Peter's day; and now celebrating Rachel's profession anniversary in style! worshipwise and foodwise.

If I put a Tweet on the page, Twitter may finally stop reminding me that Today is my Twitter anniversary. I seem to be keeping an Octave of Octaves.

Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! #MyTwitterAnniversary
Blow the wind southerly.......blow... STO-O-O-P! ENOUGH!

Went to the Co-op, mask at the ready round my neck. When did I put it on? When I got to the checkout. O misery me.......🙄🙄

Remembrance....so many lives, and still going on. Give thanks for freedom, for a in-so-many-ways beautiful world, and guard them both

..and today we said "goodbye" to those two sisters - lovely to have them, and they loved the house and being here. For that, and for a very blessed All Saints' Octave - DEO GRATIAS

Today we are preparing to welcome a couple of sisters from 2 other Communities. Heading for Norfolk, but we are a nice staging post on a long journey - delighted to oblige and happily the rooms are free!

It has been a good day - worship, feasting, talking, walking, and connecting with Pamela on Mull....and so, shortly, to Compline "THEE all the elect with one acknowledge, O Blessed Trinity, One God"

To Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney, to help them celebrate their 10th anniversary - as did many others and it was a wonderful, moving time. (what a difference 10 years makes!) Still giving thanks!

The trek to the station was straightforward, but "our" Bungay bus failed to materialise. Next one turned up JUST in time for return here, gobble lunch, and see Sr.V. Asleep, but peacefully!

To Norwich Station today, with a possible aspirant who has been staying (🙂) - and then back to help Sr.Violet celebrate being 95. She'll probably be asleep but will probably pick "something" up!

Ss.Simon and Jude - patrons of lost causes and their proponents. THEIR "lost" cause was Jesus who triumphed over loss. So is ours. Alleluia.

Yesterday's Gospel placed the fig tree or grower or both in Final Warning mode. Praise God for his mercy..because he listens to the grower each time
I have just read my last tweet - Oct 4th - about Norwich City breaking their run of defeats. Yes. Well.
Well, I am glad Norwich City have broken the run of defeats. But when we're rejoicing over a goalless draw.....🙄

So a batsman is now a batter. The mind (mine) immediately travels to pancakes. It could have been worse; it could have been "bat"!
