..and today we said "goodbye" to those two sisters - lovely to have them, and they loved the house and being here. For that, and for a very blessed All Saints' Octave - DEO GRATIAS
Today we are preparing to welcome a couple of sisters from 2 other Communities. Heading for Norfolk, but we are a nice staging post on a long journey - delighted to oblige and happily the rooms are free!
It has been a good day - worship, feasting, talking, walking, and connecting with Pamela on Mull....and so, shortly, to Compline "THEE all the elect with one acknowledge, O Blessed Trinity, One God"
To Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney, to help them celebrate their 10th anniversary - as did many others and it was a wonderful, moving time. (what a difference 10 years makes!) Still giving thanks!
The trek to the station was straightforward, but "our" Bungay bus failed to materialise. Next one turned up JUST in time for return here, gobble lunch, and see Sr.V. Asleep, but peacefully!
To Norwich Station today, with a possible aspirant who has been staying (🙂) - and then back to help Sr.Violet celebrate being 95. She'll probably be asleep but will probably pick "something" up!
