Cardiac #EP has 1 of the lowest representations of women w/in medicine. That’s why HRS has programs like GLOWE to provide a platform for #WomeninEP to strengthen best practices & drive growth. So when #WomensHistoryMonth ends on 4/1, fostering growth for Women in EP does not.
