The IUPAC Global Breakfast #GWB2025, at CBU is happening on February 11 along with the United Nations International Day of Women and Girls in Science. It is an annual event designed to overcome the barriers to gender equality in science.

The goal of the GWB is to establish an active network of people of all genders to overcome the barriers to gender equality in science. Over the last five years, more than 1500 GWB events have been held in 100 countries. This year there are more than 300 events in 70 countries.
