Statistically, one has a higher chance of being killed by a dangerous reckless driver than via intentional homicide. It is time for policymakers to take this challenge as seriously as we do. Law Enforcement needs the tools to separate these criminal illegal reckless drivers from the instrument of their criminal activity, especially in cases of repeat offenders.
