A very big thank you to Jacqui and the team at @RediscoveryCtr for having us yesterday. Fantastic to see all the work they do to repair, reuse, remanufacture and recycle items. A very good reminder at this time of year to use your imagination to repurpose items around you.

In 2024, Ireland spent €4.7bn on fossil fuel subsidies. It is imperative that all fossil fuel subsidies are removed as part of the decarbonisation of Ireland’s energy system. A comprehensive review of national energy taxation and fossil fuel subsidy structures, is required.
