ALT A Brief History Inspired by the Vagina Monologues, this project began in 2013 as a collaboration between Dr. Dr Boatwright's Feminist Psych of Women course, the CCE, and Planned Parenthood of Michigan. Interviews from community members using PPMI healthcare services were modified into monologues & performed by students as the Abortion Monologues: Pro-Voice annually. This production fundraise for reproductive justice.
ALT We are renewing our monologue archive with a particular focus on collecting up-to-date stories on the landscape of abortion healthcare, access, politics, and more as experienced by all people in our Southwest Michigan community. We encourage those who are comfortable to consider connecting with us to share your personal experiences. Share your first hand experience with an abortion. Funds this year go to YWCA.

Deadline to contribute a story or request an interview is January 26th. Anonymity is an option. Open to all students and non-students.
