June 12th is Women Veterans Day! On this day in 1948, Harry Truman signed the Women's Armed Services Integration Act which opened the door for women to serve and permanent, regular members of our armed forces.
A group of nearly two hundred golfers joined us this year for Driving for Hope, our annual golf tournament at the beautiful Paradise Pointe. We're so thankful for the golfers, sponsors, and donors that all came together to support our mission to serve and lift our neighbors.

Our Serve&Lift Market at 8001 Longview Road in Kansas City will be closed on Monday for Memorial Day (like all of our programs) and will also be closed Tuesday the 26th so we can restock our shelves.
