1/2 Police are on scene on Gumfork Place where two CCPD officers and a police K9 were injured while responding to a shooting call today. The officers have been transported to area hospitals. The suspect was also injured and transported to an area hospital.

All SB lanes closed on I-95 near Route 288 at mile marker 62.8 due to a tractor-trailer crash. Coxendale Road bridge is also closed.
Traffic is being detoured at Exit 62.
Motorists should follow the posted detour or seek alternate routes to avoid delays.

AVOID THE AREA! All westbound lanes of Hull Street Road near Route 288 are closed due to an overturned tractor trailer.
No one was hurt, but the truck spilled construction debris on the road and it is expected to be closed an extended amount of time for clean-up.

Route 288 Northbound near Hull Street Road is currently closed due to high water from the rain we’ve been seeing.
Two vehicles got stuck in the water. The people inside were able to get out on their own and were not injured.
