A big thank you to the Cullman Rotary Club for filling our CCPS Library book vending machine for the 25/26 school year with Scholastic books! 📚 Because of their generosity, every K–2 student will receive a free book of their choice on their birthday. What a special way to celebrate reading! ❤️

Our hearts are FULL! K-2 students at CCPS each adopted a special puppy or kitty to read to, snuggle, & hug! Inspired by Madeline Finn & the Library Dog, this tradition kicks off Read Across America Week. Thank you parents & PTO for 750 Book Buddies!

We kicked off January with a fun Reading Challenge for our Kindergarten through 2nd grade students at CCPS. Over 150 students participated, and we can’t wait to see even more readers join in during the month of February!

Our CCPS K-2 readers have had a magical start! 🌟 We’ve met the library, explored scavenger hunts, celebrated STEM Day, learned to love books, and even started checking out treasures from the shelves. 📚 Seeing a little one with skinned knees snuggled up with Biscuit reminds us why stories matter. 💛🐾 @cullmancityboe @cullmanprimary #elementarylibrary
