My son has started a part time job in Tesco whilst at uni. His hourly rate is more than a mid point Band 5 ODP/Nurse/Paramedic etc. I wonder why the NHS can’t attract staff when people can earn more in a supermarket! #nothingagainstretailworkers #fairpayforNHS
